Given the cut you made right before your Timing/Non-Timing force, the second card you showed (Ace of Diamonds) was originally the top card of the deck. So if you know both the top and bottom card before that swing cut, you know both theoretical cards they can choose from.

using those 2 forces can actually make the classic force 100%? you can try to classic force the card, if the spectator touches a card below the force card, you cull it and do the 1st force, if the touches card is above the force card, you do the 2nd. I think would be cool to try to classic force and use those 2 forces as a plan b

I saw a video recently where the person did an imitation spread cull force. The force card was on top and the simply peeled it off then started spreading the cards over the top of it straight away. No sure how I feel about it because, unfortunately, I knew what they were doing. Would be interested to see if a non-virgin would notice it.
