360 gym is the only one worth investing in. The weight shredder program is nothing new in a cluttered industry. The pole franchise occupies a small space. If you wanted to teach pole, you can make your own studio less franchise fees. 360 gym isn't trying to compete with trainers, rather give a solution to trainers not wanting to lease space in a gym. That is the only one worth investing in.

A company normally sells for 5X EBITDA. The ones with growth sell for more. These "sharks" or just rip off artists, look for deals with 2-4X ebitda and growth. So a company who normally makes $200K, would sell for $1M. Meaning, the full $1M would go in the clients pockets. These guys would offer 200K for 33%, make you reinvest the 200k in your business, when in reality that 200k supposed to go to you at that price. Rip off artists. PS: Most deals fail because these are investors, not your buddies, they do nothing for you besides make a few calls. But sometimes thats all it takes.
