The ship broke around the third funnel, it's unknown where, but most likely between the third and second funnel as most report this, the power cut out as soon as the third funnel reached the water, and it broke a few seconds after, and the ship did list to port, but the slightest list ever, 8 or 9 degrees of list I think, and after it broke up, there is a huge possibility it could have capsized to port as the stern was unbalanced.

The Third funnel isn't from the bow or stern, it came from another section called the forward tower. The third hole in the bow is from the forward tower, which was probably torn off the stern seconds after the breakup

Number 1 is the most unlikely to be honest, the ship rose at 45 degrees there and the power cut out as soon as the water reached the 1st funnel, that isn't what is reported, nor it could have happened like this. 2 and 3 are the most likely, because the ship had a list to port, but a slight one, the breakup place is still unknown, but it was very likely to happen between the 3rd and 2nd funnel as most report this; 2 is the most likely out of all of them, but, the double bottom thing would be more likely to hold for less than 3 seconds, but already helping a bit to flood a little part of the stern to make it sink; and the lights went out when the water reached the 3rd funnel, so that's an inaccuracy on 3. Now there is the believed depiction of the sinking nowdays and also my depiction using historical theories: Believed depction: The ship hit the iceberg on starboard side, flooding 6 compartments and as the Titanic could only float with four flooded, it started sinking, it listed to port slightly, then, the water reaches the 1st funnel and it falls off, then the water reaches the 2nd funnel and it falls off, then the water reaches the 3rd funnel (the ship's angle is at 15-30 degrees right now) and the lights go out, then the ship splits apart (around the 3rd and 2nd funnel area) and the bow remains attached with the stern a few seconds by the double bottom, then the double bottom floods the stern a bit and it lets go, the stern then starts to sink and list hard to port and rotating to starboard side, and sinks on an almost vertical position. My depiction (using a few theories from historians too): The ship hits the iceberg on starboard side, flooding 6 compartments and as the ship can only float with 4 flooded, it starts to sink and list slightly to port, then, the water reaches the 1st funnel and it falls off, then it reaches the 2nd funnel and something explodes inside it making it fall off and smoke come out of it, then the water reaches the 3rd funnel (the ship's angle is at 15-30 degrees right now) and the lights go out, but a few emergency lights remain on, but they are weak, and then the ship splits apart twice at the same time (first between the 3rd and 2nd funnel area till the double bottom and then between the 3rd and 4th funnel area slightly), then the stern capsizes to port as it was unbalanced, then the double bottom floods the stern a bit and lets go, and the stern settles back for a moment and sinks rotating to starboard side and reaches an almost vertical position as it disappears in the cold waters.
