Hey Rasmus, Your videos are great and very inspiring. I’m currently at University but have been checking out options to start my own RÓI marketing agency, somewhat similar to what you have I believe. It’s something I’m interested about and seems like a viable option financially. However, I get overwhelmed sometimes when reading about all the different niches and possible entries into such an industry. Any words of advice on how to start one and the steps it takes to succeed? Would be great to see a video of yours explaining your process and also the steps you think are crucial for young entrepreneurs to take in this industry! I also hope to one day be able to move to Dubai as costs of Business in Europe are astronomical, therefore I’m interested how remotely setting up a business like this can be done! Hey! Thank you for the kind words. Awesome to hear that you're looking outside of traditional education to take control of your own life. I'll see if i can make a video about that, but here's my 2 cents for now. You have to niche down and pick a niche based on your personal preference. It can be leadgen for certain businesses, ecom brands in specific niches, content etc. etc. Lots of niches and delivery models you'll have the option to go with. Perhaps watch Serge Gatari for inspiration. But once you pick, stick with it - this is where 99% of people fail, they jump ship. Good luck with it!

Scaling up I will spend 1/3 revenue ... on marketig. Always spend 2 to 3 months on content creations before launch. I totally understand our niche mindset.
