SSJB Vegetto forced Cumber to SSJ. Upon the Evil Saiyan doing so, Vegetto immediately uses the Kaioken. Vegetto used the Kaioken.x10. We know this because Cumber has SSJ3, and he elected to use Golden Ape over that to fight Vegetto. Vegetto said Kaioken was about to run out, and managed to kick Cumber. But he only surpassed the Evil Saiyan with Kaiokenx20. Cumber regrows his tail with energy, and elects to fight SSJ4 Vegetto in SSJ3. This means that SSJ4 Vegetto was at least above his SSJ2 form and for sure his SSJ form. Ultra Instinct Goku is able to overwhelm SSJ3 Cumber after the latter had just wrecked SSJ4 Xeno Vegetto. Cumber 1 SSJ 50 Golden Ape 500 Vegetto SSJB >40 but less than 50 Kaiokenx10 >400 but less than 500 Vegetto SSJ4 > 100 UI Goku > 400 This means SSJB Vegetto < SSJ Cumber SSJ4 Vegetto < SSJ3 Cumber < SSJB KKx10 Vegetto >=< UI Goku >=< Golden Ape Cumber < SSJB Kkx20 Vegetto

Very nice ~ If anyone ask why UI Goku is below Vegito Blue: it's beause Vegito blue was beating Golden ape cumber in the manga while UI Goku beat only SS3 Cumber. Golden ape Cumber >>>> SS3 Cumber. Hence why Vegito's feat is above UI Goku. If it not for the time limit, I would put Vegit above Cumber tbh. Nice list non the less my Boi TJ
