By the time you add up your hours out on the road and your gas prices which are increasing terribly are you making your money I have started on A couple of Giggs when is delivering here in San Antonio for a company my first gig I had to put in $100 of gas in my 2015 Honda accord I travel from San Antonio to McAllen and then back that paid $180 both ways and then went to Austin Texas from San Antonio Texas that same day or evening I should say and then I had another key again San Antonio to San Antonio on the same day so I put in quite a few miles and a lot of gas into my tank you definitely have to have money on hand cash or whatever to put into your tank my question is when I get my payroll from these gigs is it all going to go back into the gas tank and then the companies keep their money 100% but my money will go back into paying for gas how am I making money

@@missalphaomegagod-2u I built a 1 ton dually truck about 10 years ago with a new engine, new paint and new transmission. It looks great and has never failed. It's also about 1/3 the price of a newer truck and is fully paid off. I built it for commercial transport, but the insurance and legal requirements made it to expensive to operate, that makes it great for a gig job. The age of the truck isn't the important part, it's how it was cared for. Cars and trucks break down because people don't keep them up.
