I have tried all 4 CKT. I like moist CKT over dry CKT anytime. Last two times I went Zion, it was a long wait and the CKT was very average for me. The two best CKT on my opinion is Outram and Hai Kee (Mount Faber). No horse run.

You should try Liang Ji Legendary Char Kway Teow. 78A Telok Blangah Street 32, #02-01, Singapore 101078. If you like hum, they have the "Humfull Char Kway Teow". eat until you shiok. Also, the uncle has created many different types of char kway teow in addition to the traditional one, like mala char kway teow and other varieties. really really worth a try!!
