But hey different strokes. I can understand some putting Nairobi over Kampala. But Kampala is literally known for its crazy nightlife and many ppl always rave about it. Did you hit up Nonvie(one of the most popping clubs) or Auro? I been to Wavuvi and Elements many times and especially on weekends and hardly anyone dances. Im curious to know how u ranking your experience because in terms of raw partying Dar not touching Kampala and many East Africans themselves would agree with me. He is tripping. Dar can't even compare with Kampala nightlife. As for Nairobi I have no words for him. If he only knew that even clubs in local neighbourhoods have fantastic nightlife. He is a beach guy and that's all he should have said.

Dar is definitely not beating Kampala. Its barely beating Mombasa. And I LOVED Wavavi and Elements but those are really the only two options in Dar compared to the many options in Nairobi/Kampala. And many ppl in Elements were NOT even dancing compared to Aura(Kampala) or Milan(Nairobi).

Dar over Nairobi is insane. You're capping big time. If the beach vibe is your thing just say that. Kampala nightlife is even better than Dar.

Yes. I mentioned that one of the reasons was the beach bar options. Dar over Nairobi may be insane to you, but different people like different things. There are no wrong answers with this. But I definitely love Nairobi as well.

@travelconnect1 You are still capping. Dar will not even offer half of what Nairobi offers - be it infrastructure, vibes, choice restaurants and definitely not nightlife. Clearly you don't know Kenya nightlife well. How do you even get around enjoying yourself when language is a big barrier in Tanzania? Dar has just that one spot called Samaki Samaki and all they play is Bongo music unlike Kenya that play all sorts of music due to it's diversified crowds. Maybe you should give Kenya a wide berth and concentrate on Dar/TZ instead of insulting our intelligence.
