@@travelconnect1 Whatsup saying hello from Thailand ive been permanently retired living here since 2014 i first came here in 1998 as a cold blooded Party monger but realized how beautiful and AFFORDABLE AND DEVELOPED THAILAND WAS even 20 yrs ago They had Internet and the Power stayed on , Once i reached the mandatory age for Thailand requirements to retire here " it was no brainer " I looked into Ghana and **Brazil My research and limited experience on with 2 countries But Most of the African Continent nations were too under-developed Infrastructure wise for Long term for permanent life Ex : Banking infrastruture , (Advanced Electrical Grid NO BLACKOUTS ) More than Enough Level 1 Trauma hospitals for Inevitable Eventual Older age illnesses, , Lack of (Country wide Very good highways ,) City to City Bus system , Airports and an Abundant AFFORDABLE QUALITY housing options Apartments & Hotels , SAFETY Thailand is Top dog for all of those above 👆🏾Brazil is 2nd , Then Spain & Portugal i checked all of them out for 6 months plus as a Tourist stay. Ghana i stayed 1 month , Senegal 1 month Morrocco 1 month , What i don't like about Travelling in Africa is although You want to go 1 Country next door over *** if you wish to Fly in to that country They take you on a long rigormorow journey

Zanzibar nice best water and relaxful but it's an island, u can only do so much Dar has the best night life and partying that's why I live in both,when I want to relax I go to my place in zanzibar,when I want up tempo and more food choices I come back to mainland Dar

of course zanzibar is a perfect place to be but zanzibar is more traditional islamic cultural place. Sometimes people just want to enjoy normal urban vibes like big city, busy streets, less conservative people and nightclubs, and that is what dar offers.

Yes. But this is a mostly Muslim country. Very conservative on the beaches compared to other countries.
