Holy hell that disintegration part with the Sodameiser sounds insane, love it. Gotta get one asap. Love the way you do demos, no talking, just great editing and playing. As far as I know there are nobody else who do "shoegazey" demos, and it's so good to have someone like you demo what these pedals sound like in the context that I play them myself.

Here from Instagram - that Torns Peaker is insane. I'm fairly new to the world of pedal experimentation and have yet to get my hands on a fuzz pedal but I didn't realise you could get that intense of a sound from a single box. I always assumed the thick shoegaze tone I hear from Kevin Shields was layered heavily with loads of different effects to get to that sonic territory, but to my ears when you merely turned the distortion up on the Torns Peaker it sounded like a dead ringer.
@pedalpartners5 жыл бұрын
the world of fuzz is a completely different thing entirely, so many different options! a lot of shields's work is just fuzz, i believe he has several devi pedals inc. torns peaker, godzilla, shoegazer & dream mangler ~ all awesome, check them out! all the best on your entry into this wonderful world of pedal experimentation

The Electric Play portion got my attention. I tend to use fuzzes as “underfuzz” overdrive textures a lot, and that gives the kinds of edges, artifacts, and glitches that I prize. Definitely the revelation of the bunch for me!
