Biggest factor this year is our oline. If they can allow us to establish a run game, we could repeat as ACC champs. CMN with a good oline and vet qb is a dangerous combo. Defense should be solid if dline stays healthy, potentially could be an elite defense if the starting dline exceeds expectations. Having said that, if the oline doesn’t live up to expectations… it’s going to be a tough year. would be

What will make Pat Payton the number 2 player on the defense... turn some of those swatted balls into sacks. he gets close but doesn't get to the QB enough. he needs about 6 less swatted balls and 6 more sacks.
