So Bobby used his own leverage while Sam and Dean had Crowleys bone ready to burn to keep his legs. That wasn't out of Crowleys own kindness.

First time I saw that scene my eyes just lit up with gleeful joy when Lucifer said "2 steps ahead" Even before Crowley spoke, I knew that was a misquote & Lucifer had COMPLETELY under estimated Crowley yet again. I literally said, out loud, to the TV, "No, he said he was TEN steps ahead. Get ready for the hurt, Luci." I love that scene so hard.

Honestly crowley was such a strong badass character in the beginning and then they had to bring in his human side and all that BS and the way they killed him off was just a disrespect to crowley in my opinion. But he's also known by his scathingly intense hatred for Lucifer which as we all know completely understandable. The Way Crowley ended was both him going out on his own terms as opposed to being done in by someone else and his last f*** you to Lucifer as we know with his sacrifice he trapped Lucifer in that alternate world. Yes yes he eventually escapes but it bought time for the Winchesters as he would have killed them right then and there had he not did what he did

Master Sensui I'm not talking about the actor, I'm talking about the character. Even if there was some sort of disagreement, they could have worked something out. Bobby got considerably less episodes, but he got an entire episode devoted to his death as well as a ghost cameo later (excluding the season 13 AU appearance for now). Crowley got nothing. He stabbed himself with no buildup, just for shock value. There were so many other things he could have done. And then Castiel died so everyone forgot about the Crowley death. And it was barely ever mentioned again. Castiel came back from the dead, and it still wasn't mentioned. And apparently despite trying to kill her son all the damn time, Rowena *cares* about this demonized form of her son. Really. Not only did they ruin his death and cheapen his life in one moment, also cutting out his "Even when I lose, I win", they had to belittle the death even more by having it overshadowed by the death of a character they immediately brought back. And then no one cared. At all.
