Great tips dude. Yep, early season or just a beginner, when heel sliding down a steep slope because you don't have the confidence to turn (you think you'll pick-up too much speed and fall), then thigh burn will tire you out super quickly making riding even harder for the rest of the day. Turn often heel-to-toe and back, under control, and you'll last the day.

Found your channel after snowboarding for the first time last week. Love the content and can't wait to get back out and work on the body control and knee turns. Thanks!

I’m out of shape. I’m constantly braking because I go too fast and it freaks me out but then I get SO TIRED my legs burn.

Deep breathe, relax. Do what the other guys mentioned. Go at your own pace. Just you being on the slopes and trying is awesome.

It used to be the same for me, I hated snowboarding for the longest time till I eventually just committed. When I started out I would get so tired cause I would only stay on one edge since I was too scared to change. Once you figure out how to smoothly change from edge to edge it gets exponentially easier. I can’t stop snowboarding now and I don’t even sweat much anymore. Just stick with it and it will get so much easier trust me

It would be great if skiers turned their heads instead of staring at the nose of their skis in the Beavis body position and traversing alllll the way back and forth across the trails.

The worst thing is when other skiers and riders are unpredictable and decide to make random turns parallel to fall line. I've frequently shouted "STOP TURNING PARALLEL!" I know it's because they find themselves on steeper terrain than they can handle. Being predictable is the best thing anyone on the mountain can do.

About beginers mistakes. I CAN'T RIDE STRAIGHT on heel side :( Back leg "overtake" front leg! Why? I just feel like in car, you ride and suddenly your back wheel overhauls me. What the hell? I'm not talking about riding on edge. I'm almost flat, just little on heel edge, and then board starts to rotate and the back leg wants to be "first" :/ WHY? I need power to force my body to not rotate. I can't be neutral and "loose". On front side, there's no problems with going straight :/
