Here again. I purchased Atom and it’s pretty handy. How can we copy what we created to the arrange view as a midi clip. I tried tapping record and play what I created on Atom but it didn’t work. I’m using beatmaker 3
@MobileMusicPro4 жыл бұрын
Not sure how to do it in BM3 but it should be similar to Cubasis 3. In Cubasis 3 you simply hit the main record button and then hit "rec to track" on the midi auv3 fx app (in this case it's atom). We have a video on how to use auv3 midifx apps in cb3 that might help you in bm3 here kzbin.info/www/bejne/b6fWqnSvbN2po5o

Can you load your own drum one shots from designed or purchased drum kits on Octatron?
@MobileMusicPro4 жыл бұрын
Nope Octachron is a drum sequencer not a sampler, it doesn't actually deal with audio. For example in our free sample kit we have some octachron presets designed for the mini sampler, you can see us install the presets in this video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jnXZhXSpgaiBhNU

Hey MobileMusicPro, what an awesome video! I only saw it today, what a nice surprise! Thank you very much for featuring our MIDI Drum Sequencer Octachron. We will release a free update this month with an improved song mode and other new features. If you or anybody has more feedback or suggestions for improvements on Octachron don't hesitate to let us know. Cheers Markus

Hey thanks man, really love this app alot, we feature presets for it in all our sample packs :) Until Cubasis decides to implement a proper drum sequencer we'll be using Octachron allll day :)

Thanks so much Ak! I tried hard to edit it down, had to cut out alot but everything seemed to just flow so kept in what made everything flow and it turned out to 30 min :/ But hopefully it's worth the watch for people since everything is all timestamped you can just jump in and out with ease :)

Which app would replace the Sequentix Cirklon hardware sequencer?
@MobileMusicPro4 ай бұрын
Drambo, Strokes or Octachron with Drambo being by far the one where you can go the deepest. Or if you still do want hardware I'd recommend a arturia beatstep pro. Also here's a video on Drambo: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eWi3ZXqZj9OmkMU

I have a question about BM3 : is it possible to record some sound coming from BM3 directly in audio share ? I was able to do it with Beathawk , Cubasis but BM3 nothing ! Thanks

I have tried to record in split screen mode KZbin in audioshare and the result is bad ,the sound goes in audioshare but distorted That will be nice to do that without passing by screen record and loading the sound of the video in audioshare ,there is the app called YTau but I was able to record YT video with BM3 using that app ,I don’t understand why the sound of YT can not be record directly into a sampler .

What is the reason u prefer Atom 1 as opposed to Atom 2? It isnt just because of price difference, is it?

Great choice of sequencers. There are so many. I would have a hard time narrowing down to 5. I also like Fugue Machine and Quantum and Xequence 2. Thanks for a very well explained video. I never thought of ghost notes that way. Interesting. Also Digikeys has a multi-out. You can output to 6 different busses selectively, which is very cool because of being able to have different external effects on each bus. I know it's impossible to mention every feature. I didn't expect all of them. I just thought to mention ones that I like and use. I forgot one important cool thing in Digikeys which is the ability to use sounds from the 4Pockets Chameleon app, which allows you to create your own. Have fun.

Thanks Perry! Love the comment :) We also love Quantum and Xequence 2 but sadly they are not AUv3 and thus do not qualify for this video :(

@@TheGreatPanicker AUv3 is a plugin format kind of like VST on desktop which means if the app is auv3 any DAW including AUM will support it.

@brandonmartinez8422 Жыл бұрын
It’s disappointing to say but cubasis arp/seq is crap along with their synth and classic drums. They should just have them already in the app when u buy it instead of buying each one in-app. If I known beforehand and did research on them I would just got one these sequencers. Btw I say N-Track has the best factory arp
@MobileMusicPro Жыл бұрын
Everyone has their own opinion of course but there's always additional auv3 apps you can use to augment what cubasis already has like using atom for a midi sequencer and octachron for a drum sequencer for example. I personally think the 80s classic drums sound great but also wish they were already included in the app.
