Yes you can, in fact although I’m not a HUGE tech person I am somewhat knowledgeable about batteries and such. I would recommend using the lower wattage PB you can. I personally use a 15 watt charger for when I plug my phone in at night because I’m obviously not in a hurry for it to charge. The way I think about it is like a turnstile and people. The turnstile is the battery and the people are the charging wattage. 15 watts would be like one person going thru at a time and a 45 watt or higher would be like 5 people trying to go through at once. Yes using the lower wattage power brick will take longer to charge BUT in the long run it will help the battery maintain its overall health because it’s not constantly being pushed hard to charge quickly. Obviously there are situations where we need a charger to go as fast as possible and for that you’ll want either a 30 watt (which is what I use) or possibly a 45 Watt. Of course honestly all this wouldn’t even be an issue if Apple would just stop being CHEAP SOB’s and INCLUDE THE GODDAMN POWER BRICK WITH THE $1,200 phone!! I just recently upgraded from my iPhone 8 Plus to the iPhone 13 Pro Max because I was having battery and charging issue’s. I use my phone A LOT, I mean quite literally 24/7 because I use it all day and I have it playing KZbin videos at night when I go to bed. Anyways I’m sorry for the long comment but I hope that it helped you at least.
