Please don't use any laptop/notebook cooler AT ALL! Even if they would push air into the device, the air flow of the external cooler will speed up or slow down the internal cooler which will damage them. Result is a broken laptop cooler and an expensive repair. If your notebook is getting too hot, please open (or let it open from a professional) and clean the copper radiator and the fan manually. Also resist the urge to clean the cooler from outside with pressed air, this will (or might) kill your fan as well.

That first one wouldn't work at all. The fan would short circuit. Unless it is distilled water. And he has an IPX7 fan. I may need to send this to the Rectifier i.e ElectroBOOM.

you can pull out the motor from it buy a brushless motor driver and run it faster . . . then use it for a cooler for the laptop but not under of it, you should put the fan where the laptop fan air coming out to cooling the heatsink that comes from the CPU like the same as laptop fan do. think first bro.

sorry!! but a fan cant generate an airflow, if there issnt an Air-intake. you only create a slight underpressure in that Fancase... and nothing will happen! you only Rotate the fanblades at higher Ratio... and nothing more.

How will the laptop cooler work if you have nowhere to pull air from the bottom? Atleast add a few rubber feet to the bottom or some hot glue.
