one of the most common problems with all mug warmers is actually the mugs themselves, most of the mugs most people have are the ones with a concave bottom in the mug, the less contact the bottom of the mug has with the warmer the less heat it can absorb, you need to find a mug that has a completely flat bottom and if is glass even better, however most mugs have a concave bottom and are ceramic.

The Bestinnkits is a very dangerous product as it has no manual off and off switch nor does it have a auto shut off, which means if you place something on top of this it will burn out the unit, its a terrible product and for you to give it first place tells me you are only affiliate marketing this product, this is a very dangerous product, terrible review
