I'd like to have access to ergonomic and lifting comparisons. Which is easiest, safest and healthiest to use?

I need to move a 160lb sheet of pressure treated 3/4" plywood up to my roof. The overhand carrier puts one's arm at a serious leverage disadvantage. The plastic carrier is rated for only 80kg and might break when lifting nearly twice that weight.

Terrible carriers! Try the Troll similar to item #1 but steel with 5 inch wheels that roll over cords and hoses.

Absolute rubbish, the last three are just the same mechanism but made by different companies! I have one one of these and it's very easy to crack the top edge of plasterboard as there is a sideways moment to the mechanism. As for the computer generated voice?????
