**Blade play? **Reverseable pocket clip? **2nd & 3rd definitely. **If the action is that stiff it is "probably safe to carry?" **Would like to see more of a cross guard kind of swell at the tip to make sure a sweaty hand doesn't slide forward and to protect that trigger a little more.

I have the large atomic with the red blade, when I first got it was very hard to deploy the blade, It’s much easier now with a little work and WD 40. It also comes off the rack but easy to fix, Pretty good knife for the price. Customer service is excellent

Does anyone know what grade of stainless is used in the defender I’ve heard 440 which for some reason I just don’t believe (it being a $40 knife and all). I ordered one already and work in a job that involves cutting a lot of boxes and I’m just curious as to how often I’m going to be sharpening the knife. I know 440c is a premium blade material around 60hrc so god willing it is 440 but I haven’t been able to find a website or anything else that goes more in depth about materials and blade hardness. Anything helps

i have several of these atomic knifes and a few other otfs, i am not sure if you have any otfs but they have some play, i saw one that didnt have any play but it was like $700

Ben Sharp just got my atomic defender in today the digi camo, very heavy but tiny bit of play, i had the titan otf but this one is better imo no twang noise when ejected not very sharp to my taste but overall great fckn otf for the price trust me u wont be sorry

Hi Holly i really liked your video and i know it is an older one but it’s still pretty good. however it would’ve been nice if you told us what the blade steel is on them. It’s just a suggestion but could you please try to do that more in the future? because that is probably one of the most important things to a lot of people.

i have the atomic defender and the "slim" defender. both seem great but that first one she grabbed is super super heavy, but i am ok with that given the price. i also modified the spring tension so i can open and close the blade all day with the weakest finger on even a childs hand, i made an video about that here on my channel.

Just received the Punisher version of the Atomic Defender. It's one helluva knife that'll ride in my back pocket, until I find something better. It opens hard and fast, and locks up with very little blade play. Time will tell how well it holds an edge, and how often I have to sharpen it. Yeah, the slide is strong, but I'd rather have it that way than too weak. I also don't mind the weight. But then I'm used to carrying all-steel guns, so a pocket knife is no notice at all. Overall, it gets 5 stars from me.

yah, all the cheap ones do. i made a video showing how i silenced the spring on the defender and several other cheap otf knives, its super simple. tldr: greese the spring, not to lube it, but to dampen the noise. like i said i have a video showing how i did it on every otf knife i have

Over built 😂 yet , break easy compared to real light weight otf knifes . The sears are paper thin . A utx70 sears are paperweights compared to the mystery metal knifes on the table
