@MrKbsweeney make sure the switch is not in the up and down position. Past that it's very expensive I would imagine the company would make good on a replacement. That sucks though.

@@stevosteez9007 thanks your name cuz it’s long. Very disappointing. Of course I double checked the switch. I’ve come to believe that virtually everything is built to crap. Maybe I just got a one off.
