If we are just counting games we've played this year (including old games) 5. Flamecraft 4. Azul 3. Sheriff of Nottingham 2. Marvel Champions 1. Wingspan I haven't been able to play 3 of my top 5 games this year, so didnt count them: Cosmic Encounter, Small World, and Keyforge. I also just got to play Ice Cool, man that game was so fun. I wanna try to get a copy, it was one of the most fun dexterity games I've ever played

Top 5: Battlestar Galactica Spirit Island (glad to see so many people agree) Ra Troyes Seasons Given your current tastes, I'd still highly recommend that you try Keyforge and Mindbug. Sky Team is also great, but probably wouldn't be as good for viewing on the channel.

These are great lists. Love, love Marvel Champions and SWU. And recently got into Unmatched and loving that too. I agree with everything you said about it - easy to learn but difficult to master. Hyped for the TMNT box!

Here's my top 5 recommendation, not necessarily my top games, but based on your top :) they are awesome games: 5- Bullet Heart or Star (a tetris like game, really unique and good) 4- Summoner War 2nd edition (killed magic the gathering for me, really nice duel game) 3- Aeon's End, deck builder with a twist, really good and very challenging. 2- Clank (Standard, Catacomb or In space) Best deck builder out there. 1- Spirit Island (my favorite game with marvel champions, lot of likeness and very different at the same time. Best game ever for me, but a lot's going on, be ready for a great challenge). These are my favorite game in what I think is your style. Have a look at them :)

I love Monopoly for one reason. During WWII The British sent Red Cross packages to the German prision camps inside they had maps, money, papers etc to help with escapes.

Haven’t played too many new games this year so far but a lot of expansions I hadn’t gotten around to and games that are new to me. My ranking so far this year would be: 5) Wyrmspan - really enjoy Wingpsan but actually think this is the better of the two 4) Everdell: Newleaf - finally got to play this and it’s my favorite Everdell expansion 3) Marvel Champions Sinister Motives - had this for a while but my wife and I have been playing through the campaigns in release order; finally got around to this and it’s easily our favorite so far 2) Unmatched: Slings and Arrows - newest Unmatched set; one of the best sets they’ve ever released and I have them all 1) Sky Team - bought it earlier this year after all the hype in 2023 and my wife and I have been obsessed; deserves all the praise it’s getting

#5 - Star Realms #4 - 20 Strong Too Many Bones #3 - Walking Dead : Surrounded #2- Marvel Champions #1- Lorcana. I've gravitated toward ( very) small footprint games...even ," in hand" card games...Palm Island ,for example. A couple of honorable mentions.Oathsworn and Ascension.
