Good suggestions. One feedback, do check with servers/chefs (off camera) what is being served with each dish. They will be able to describe well and you can mention those for your viewers. Eg: With grilled chicken, it looks like it was jus that’s usually served with meats and not broth :)

Hi Joyscanvas, I do try to use more commonly known terms like broth or sauce than Jus which is more easily understood by a larger audience. But thanks for suggestion anyway.
