Sir, considering the habitation, any SCO on dwarka Expressway seems to be a player in long run.

@@Homegram_co_in Not agree with you at all. What is your criteria for judging top commercial plots. 1. Location 2. Appreciation. 3. Habitatation. ....?? I think M3M 113 SCO has the best location above all it is bang on Dwarka Expressway, right on Delhi gurgaon border , corner project. project where builder it self is holding the units. In terms off appreciation the prize is more than double in couple of years. Habitatation , the sco market is strategically located, more than 5 residential projects are in close vicinity where people are already living in them, and m3m projects such as capital , crown, smartworld are also under construction. So the time when SCO market will get fully operational which is almost completed the habitation will not be an issue here. Thank you.

Thanks for asking. Oris as a developer recently was raided by IT so for a while investing any project of Oris shluld be hold for further clarity. Thanks
