Our biggest problem is our lack of unity. If all French-speaking countries in Africa denounce France, it will send a strong message to the rest of the world. As an African from Burundi, I can confirm that wisdom is a trait that is commonly passed down from our parents and their parents before. Education is extremely valuable and that is despite the relative lack of resources of our governments, so almost all know how to read and write and generally are curious by nature. Africa is a gem that shines bright under the smokescreen of our current wealth pyramid.

As a master's degree Sydney University student in 2009, I described the Security Council as "a terrorist organization" and a female white lecturer descended heavily on me saying "Be careful certain things you say in this class, Jude". I was talking about Africa's lack of representation in that council. I leave the details for another day. All Africans MUST learn to fight racism, anywhere, and anytime. Have we not suffered enough?

I’m from Rwanda 🇷🇼 and we love Paul Kagame so much. I think that’s why white people never get a chance to kill him. He doesn’t mess with women, he doesn’t drink, he doesn’t steal the country’s resources. And let me tell you one thing that makes Paul Kagame so exceptional. Before he goes to bed he must get reports from all provinces of Rwanda. That’s how he knows if something is going wrong in his country.

Your episodes and documentaries are always on point and engaging. In my opinion, the last speaker, representing Rwanda, was the most impactful. He spoke with a calm voice, yet the words he chose, were very powerful!

I just wish more American black leaders stood up for us like the African leaders fight for their constituency. I always listen to these videos. Love Rwanda's leader. He never hesitates to put them in their place.

Every time I watch my African people assert themselves in eloquence in the presence of western bullies my skin gets swollen from goosebumps. It seems that most African leaders as, well as, young people, today are operating in the spirit of Patrice Lumumba, Kwame Nkrumah and others stalwarts. “Hellooo mama Africa”, in the voice of the late great Garnet Silk.
