I’m new to the kayak fishing scene (and loving it!), but I’m having trouble figuring out the how and where to store all my gear. I want it to be within easy reach, but not in the way of my fishing. Love this video as I got my kayak second hand and wasn’t sure how the anchor system worked. I do now!

You probably mention this in a safety video but I think it's important to leash yourself to the kayak in case you go overboard. Then you don't have to try to out swim the wind or current or like here in San Diego the surf. I use my surf board leash.

Used scotty rod holders for years and switched to yak attack. So much better.

Your gear is either tied to the kayak, tied to you or it floats. Otherwise, it's at jeopardy. Yakattack makes some good items, but they are very proud of their gear...
