Yeah I've done Y raise Nordic hamstring curls and honestly they are not as easy as holding a small plate against your chest

Love RDL's!! Really got to try out those banded chaos RDL variation. Wish my gym had Nordic curl equipment like in this video that would be so much easier to set up lol. Really enjoy that movement as well!

This is awesome I only really do RDLs with the bar or single legs with kettle bells nice to know I have a few more options. Although I am missing that thing for the Nordic curls in the gym

So every time I flex my hams .. I feel a ball build up and it stops me from continuing flexing or working as hard because it feels as if it’s about to burst or tear .. any help with that ? I have torn my hams .. a couple years back when playing soccer .. never did any real recovery … I just let time pass by and decided to get back into playing and that was years ago .. still play but ever since then if I have to say .. that tense or ball fills up when I flex it and it scares me so I don’t go hard on hamstring but now I’m at a point where I want to figure out what can I do .. thanks for any recommendations

Staring at a point on the ground is a good cue to keep balance on single leg

I love RDL's, but to me it's funny that you didn't include your favorite exercise: the rear foot elevated split squat. Those demolish my glutes and hammies.

Bad rom, hamstrings have active insufficiency so they dont have very high activation since it starts with knees bent. Doesnt target it very well
