A plyo box can be very helpful for exercises like this at home. I just keep one in the back room I use for exercise. The box offers three different heights, depending on its orientation.

Curious about step height here. Is there a typical ?

If possible, a step where your thigh is parallel to the ground when you step on it would be a good challenging height. Having said that, you can always by an adjustable step, like they use in fitness classes, and perform the movement at various step heights. And of course, use a height according to your fitness level. Hope this helps!

Yes, I filmed this outside to get better lighting, but all of these exercises can be done at home. No gym needed! 💪
