Actually, they changed the mission rewards: Sept. 15, 2021 - A New Player Experience Discussion in 'Game Update Notes' started by RPG_Wrel, Sep 14, 2021. : Missions System Changes Non-Members can now accept up to 5 missions per day. Members can now accept up to 9 missions per day. Rarities have also been restructured, and you will no longer see the same mission of varying rarities. Uncommon and Rare missions may now only be accepted by members, while common missions may be accepted by members and non-members. Member missions are now noted with a special icon on the Mission list. Contractor Rewards Missions now have consistent rewards based on contractors. Black Market will always provide A7. Nanite Systems will always provide ISO-4. Faction missions will always provide Certs. Dev Note: We've restructured missions to allow for more control over your rewards, and provide more options to free players. All currencies can be found in the non-member missions, so regardless of what you're looking for, be it more A7, Certs, or ISO, you'll be able to earn it daily. Members-only missions tend to have higher currency payouts overall. The "extra" rewards from missions, the weapons and boosts, were removed from the dailies, though it's possible these sorts of things return as rewards for holidays or in another fashion.

just a quick tip for missions and their rewards, complete as many missions as you can and CLAIM your rewards once a 2x EXP weekend is active

From what I understand you can't stack the rewards up a bunch anymore?

​@@ZealousVidya As I remember, weekend 2x EXP only work for in game action, like kill enemy, hack terminal, repair or and kind support. All mission reward are not stack any exp bounce, but if you are membership, you have more missions you can pick.

that additional membership missions is a pain in the ass imo. default is not better, but 5 is better than 9. 9 is too much for me.

Another tip: ( works only on cobalt ) go to a guy in a pink condom suit check his name if its Z3NISTAR you just pull out your medic tool and start to heal because he has carapace and likes to have medic minions channeling their medi guns into him while he is shooting ez pez the doorway of your desire . After 10 seconds you notice that you gain every second 1 cert points for every dmg tick you heal out while he is standing there and shooting the doorway .

Definitely play as often as you can, I agree with that. I also look out for alerts too... Even if your faction loses you still get a decent reward.

I feel like other than cortium mining, most of the things people tell new players to do to earn certs are just to get them to support their team. Sundies and ammo are absolutely critical to team success. Just playing your role and supporting your team in general.

I'd say, engineer is the best start. Mines allow you to constantly convert nanites into kills regardless of your skill; repair gun will be useful if you start using vehicles; resupply doesn't earn a lot, but it IS a passive income, that just goes on (13 exp per tick is like a kill every 30 seconds) and your autoturret will grant you some kills once in a while.

Valkyries have Scout Radar that reach 200m away, it's gigantic. If it's too expensive for you, 100m is large enough to cover some of the smaller bases - every kill inside the area will award you some experience, and boy do they stack up!

I knew someone who would litterally only fly scout valks for 8hrs every day straight and the cert reward wasn't super impressive. Edit: tbf they played solo(no kills or assists)

As a new but experienced in other games player, I tend to gravitate towards Medic as the best class to begin with. You are well-equipped for 1v1 combat whatever distance it will happen (and winning 1vsmamy requiresexperience), you are always entering fights with max health without any unlocks, you always have income from healing and reviving, and it doesn't have specific features you have to use to be effective like flying as light or going stealth like recon. You just go there, assist teammates, fire your gun and get certs

I have a tough time with heavy assault because I’ve only found it useful in 1v1s. In big fights I’m taking so much chip damage that it renders it’s benefits useless to me. For me I usually main light assault to be really evasive and it’s easier to isolate my fights. That’s just me though maybe it’s because I’m not a really good aimer. My heavy assault I usually have a 1.2 kd and my light assault with a 1.7kd

Grab a shotgun if you aim is bad, as long the enemy is close enough and not alert, the kill is yours!

Kobalt(any upgrades) Ant. Dual Ranger Sunderer. Cloak Shotgun Flash. Skyguard. Probably in that order, and not max certed to start them just a bit so you have one.

Well. Even when i'm playing engi most, i must admit heavy assault can go into fights that other classes need really good thinking about starting (if that make a sense)

I think engineer with MANA turret is really strong but also situational; only really good if the opposition is pushing into you. Bionics + ASC is also something I've seen Engineers try to run but I havn't found much sucess with it personally.

I dont see how this is true, even with the armor ability turned on I still get pummeled down in half a bloody second...pathetic....so much for heavy bulking bullet stopping armor, the heavy assault armor ability is useless and infuriating

Once again this is the second video you forget to mention that the medic revive grenade is easy to use for quick certs. it seems that you not yet have played with medic revive grenades.I mentioned it in the previouse video where you were telling how to earn certs. You carry around 4 revive grenades, and you use them where there is 20+ allys or more in a tight smal space.

Step 1, play medic Step 2, stand near the door of the spawn for a big fight --Tips-- Upgrade your med gun first so you can get the revives faster and from further. While you're in the spawn you can also switch to engineer and put down an ammo pack to boost your gains. Use your aoe heal ability to get heal points on anyone who makes it back in the door alive. If you find a good fight, you won't have time to use your tool for anything but revives.

Use the Shield Repair, your medigun already heals people enough but doesnt help with shields, plus you can have it somewhere else than where you are.

in big fights shield recharging field + mending field implant in front lines can give you many certs and almost instant part of Sawbones mission complete

Why didn't you mention the biggest of them - alerts? Yoy literally get 300 certs for free if your faction wins. If you want to plan your day to play games AND do something else, watching for alert notifications is the best way. During alerts there are usually more people playing which means more farm, you get 25% exp bonus and reward at the end. If someone asked me how to get certs fast i would literally tell them "Play on alerts". Other than that it was an amazing giude.

I think that's a good point, although after alert rewards were halved, I'm not really sure. Especially since 2/3rds of the time statistically you lose, which means even less rewards. Alerts are good for rewards, don't get me wrong but promoting playing the game in the right way IMO is better for the individuals. Mentioning alerts is something I'll certainly do in a updated version of this video in the future though.

im sorry. this is not the fastest way to earn certs. the secret is vehicle gameplay. no, not farming infantry with hesh either. destroying vehicles. you can do it with infantry/max and or your own vehicle. your own vehicle also nets you points simply by repairing it between fights. even a slow 2 hour session in my mbt will net 300+ certs(per person).big nights 600+ is normal. killing a enemy tank gives you points for the player kills, points for the vehicle kill along with any bonus(tank superiority, high threat, etc). farming a biolab wont come close. it is harder to get started with a vehicle, might be difficult to figure out what you ant to use but the potential is so much greater. you shouldnt start to kit out a vehicle until your infantry kits inline frist. points for the mass effect 1 ost tho.

Hey. Decent guide, but i think if you would have explained how the cert earning process works before telling us what you think is the best method, it would have been better and actually educate newer players. Instead you just told what you think is the best and new players may deal with some early frustrations with the infantry methods when it comes to zergs and what not. i.e. ribbons, dailies, 250xp = 1 cert. Also, about the double xp stack, im pretty sure it works with saving dailies.

I think your mission tips are out of date. You get 2 different a7 missions per day with a total reward of 300 a day. Same with iso I think

From what I understand rewards are based on how much currencies you have, if you have 5000 A7 you won't get A7 missions. I could be wrong though.

Uuummmmm I think you missed the point on why "Others" say to use you different equipment for more certs. ADS kills are only about 10% of what really wins a battle, Winning battles is fun, fun keeps you playing, playing gets you certs. Also mixing up what your doing. Just took a base? DON'T instantly redeploy like a scrub, LOCK IT DOWN!!! Look for Spawn beacons, cloakers, unhack/ fix terminals place AT mines and Claymores, LAY DEFENSES, then Redeploy to the front or bring up your Sundie. Seeing 50 people running down a lane while I have no gunners and 9 open spots in my Sundie while I'm bashing my horn to try to get them in is just soo Immersion breaking. Adversely, watching 3-4 Sundies role by with no gunners and drive right by me stuck out in the open somewhat is also disheartening at times lol Teaching people to play the whole game increases the chances they find what they are good at, and when the ATs and claymores you set up 30 minutes ago prevent a back cap and give you some nice Vehicle kills the points start to stack, couple that with a base in a High value area and you make a ton and don't lose as much. But hey, if you like standing in a hallway with 50 of your friends getting shot by 4 guys on the other side of an unbreakable barrier well then you do you boo >XD
