hello! I am Japanese. I also bought a black RX-7 27 years ago and drove it. Right now I'm riding a silver RX-7. Your RX-7 is beautifully tuned and looks great! I've seen a lot of modified RX-7s, but there are not many beautiful RX-7s like yours. Even if you bring it to Japan, it's a custom car that works well enough.

@@RotaryandRides I have noticed one thing. The round sticker on the rear window is a garage proof sticker. In Japan, a car storage place is registered at a police station. If you register at the police station, you will be issued a garage proof sticker. On the sticker of the garage certificate, it is described as Fukuyama Nishi Police Chief, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Mazda's headquarters are in Hiroshima Prefecture. It turns out that this RX-7 was exported from Hiroshima Prefecture, where Mazda's head office is located. It is exactly the Thoroughbred of RX-7! I hope it's a useful reference.

Like your Fd! I’ve got a red 92’ type R. I’ve got the street diffuser too atm, i’m really interested in the Damd rear diffuser. It might suit your car aswell, it is not as common as the street one.

Hey, yes that is the other diffuser I really liked for these cars but this one I have now was offered at a really good price at the time so I bought it and was very pleased with the change and look. Do you have Instagram? I'll check your build out?

hello! I also think it is important to know the history of my favorite car. It can be confirmed from the garage certificate that the very first owner of this RX-7 was an RX-7 sold at a dealer in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. The official name of this year's RX-7 is Anfini RX-7. We don't call it Mazda RX-7. Only the initial model has a red Anfini emblem on the rear bumper. From type II, it will be a silver Anfini emblem. This red INFINI emblem is a proof of the early model and is valuable, so I think it's better to cherish it. The grade is type X, the highest grade; the price is 4,440,000 yen in Japanese yen. For reference, the R32 Skyline GT-R is 4.30 to 5.29 million yen. The reason why it seems to be Type X is that the interior is red and the leather seats. At that time, the number was ruthlessly small, and I have never seen it in my memory. Although it may rarely come out with used parts, it will be very expensive. It's a very precious thing. Please cherish it. The Bose woofer system is also very valuable. This was an option when I bought the new car. It becomes a dedicated stereo deck, and a woofer is attached to the rear trunk. The rear trunk mat is also a special item. The rear hatch tray is also dedicated to the Bose woofer. It's very valuable to have all of this. Please take care of this too. In addition, the type X was equipped with a sunroof. This RX-7 does not have a sunroof. After a little research, it seems that the sunroof is not standard equipment. It was only written as a single in the specification table. It seems the first owner didn't choose a sunroof. RX-7 has from type I to type 6. I'm on a 6 now. The driving performance has evolved as it becomes a new model. However, the newer it is, the lower the cost. You can see from the video that the early RX-7 was made with a lot of money. When it comes to type 6, the simplification of the interior is particularly terrible. The interior of my RX-7 is matte black. The seat is also fabric. It is a pity that it has become very cheaply made. I saw the video and felt the owner's affection for the RX-7. As the same RX-7 owner, I am very happy.

Ah ok, well just to clear a few things up there, when I bought my RX-7 back in 2012 it had black leather interior, black efini emblems, red rear rx7 emblem, No bose system, mat or Parcel shelve, It didn't have a lot tbh. I was told mine is a type R edition as it was made in 1991 but registered in 1992 (UK - J Reg) Everything you see is what I've changed on the car over 10 years there is a video on my channel called 10 years ownership and it will show you how the car looked back in 2012 when I bought it compared to now.

@@RotaryandRides I see! It's a type R! I was on a Type 2 Type R. The price of the Type R is 3.85 million yen. The red interior, genuine leather seats, and the Bose system are very valuable parts. By the way, the plate of the accelerator pedal and the clutch pedal is a genuine optional item. Good quality RX-7 is getting very few in Japan. Type I is especially rare and the degree is not good. We feel happy when we see them being treated with such care and cleanliness. It makes me really happy to know that there are people overseas who love the RX-7 so much

@@user-zw2tg6ro2s I absolutely love the Rx7 and I was extremely lucky to get the one i did! the minute I bought it I started doing work on it and started adding new parts ect. I sourced each bit of the red interior off multiple sellers over here in the UK and it was extremely hard to find like you said! I then swapped some of the red interior parts to black (like speaker covers and other trim peices) because red on red looked a too much for my taste. The only peice I'm missing is the roof liner and I could do with a better condition drivers seat but i havent seen a good condition one for years anywhere! Same with the bose system I sourced the system for a really good price then got the parcel shelve and bose mat off separate sellers. I love finding and buying rare parts. The silver rx7 pedals came with the car which again I was extremely lucky to have with the car.
