I love how you mention you can't just tell someone to relax... I am someone who always holds high tension in my body. I will feel relaxed but whoever is working on me thinks I'm super tense.

I get it! We all start to relax in different ways & nobody ever relaxed on an order 👍🏻😂

I have saved every single massage video you have posted, Elaine! I watch them over and over and then practice on my grandkids! They love them and that’s the first thing they want when they come home ❤️❤️

Thank you for this video! Do you by any chance have tips for dry rough toes?
@homespabeauty3 жыл бұрын
Happy to help! It’s good to try & work backwards as to why the toes are dry & rough (footwear, sweat, medical condition etc). A peeling foot mask could be worth taking a look at in conjunction with a great moisturiser & regular exfoliation - you can buy them easily online 😊

I'd love to learn to massage my own feet (it seems like a more possible thing to do than, for example, to perform a back massage on yourself), because I spend many hours at work standing, walking or running, and sometimes I can't even fall asleep or I wake up at night, because they *hurt so bad*.

There are some things you can do for yourself (especially if you have flexibility) and tools/equipment you can use that will work regardless of your flexibility. I'll see if I can create a video of tips to help. I understand how sore it must be :)

Can this work on someone with foot pain?
@homespabeauty6 ай бұрын
If you know what's causing the pain and massage won't worsen it then it absolutely can help. Best to check the cause first though as working on something like an injury you didn't realise you had could add to the pain. That's why we suggest medical approval when there's pain or a condition involved so that you know what you're working with. Hope this helps 👍
