I'm 25 and I suffer from social anxiety. Do you have any tips? Do you know any shy students?
@TheMBlog6 жыл бұрын
Yes! I completely understand this and I too struggled with anxiety in my past. I really had to challenge myself (slowly) doing small things at a time and acknowledging my effort does wonders. It’s always good to know that we are all the same (we all have insecurities but we shouldn’t let it stop us from our best life) so think about that and push yourself so you can have a great experience that you won’t regret. Join clubs where you can find like minded people! You don’t need 100 friends. Even one great friend is all you need and that works just as well.

So how many classes do you recommend on taking for our first semester? 🤔
@TheMBlog7 жыл бұрын
Melissa Sanchez I always recommend taking the full 12 units ( about 3 to 4 classes). But what's super important is the subject. Taking a career course, a math and English will let you be more balanced and steady than taking 2 intense maths and then another intense engineering class. Also making sure you use ratemyprofessor.com will help make you're decisions on which class might be considered difficult based on students previous experience with them! Also make sure to check out my video on how to plan college classes!(:

I have only recently found your channel and I subscribed so quickly if I'm being honest lol... these videos are honestly so helpful especially because I am starting in the fall and I am very nervous but still excited at the same time... If possible can you do a video on some things we should do before community college or the best way to be prepared for college? lots of love and hugs-Diana

That exact feeling is sooo familiar to me! I went through all the nerves and excitement too, but thank you for commenting this & subbing! I will absolutely talk about more of this in the upcoming videos. Also, thanks (about the top), so many cute clothes out right now for back to school!
