They don't show it bc most Ghanaians don't live here... We can hardly see a middle class emerging since the current economic model doesn't benefit the general population and doesn't allow social mobility otherwise they would be showing the kind of middle class condo life we can observe in China ... And I'm sorry but those enclaves for the rich are not selling much... These public infrastructures are still bellow international standards. The greenery is cool though.

It is clear to me that Ghana will be the most developed country in ECOWAS. This, combined with stable political environment will mean Ghana will be the top regional power of West Africa. The systems and services are coming together well and will be top notch soon(e.g. government services are getting digitized and will be easier for the average person to be served and have an accurate record of everything) Ghana in 2030 will be much different, get in while you can Diaspora or be left behind!

Steven has created a niche business perspective and brand in Luxury Property in Africa. You need to create an Advisory Firm for Property Hunters.

Really appreciated how you put this together! I have been watching other KZbinr's who focus on 1 or 2 commubities but glad you gave at least 5. I would love to see top 10, but include things such as how far from city center and hw far away from the closest International airport.

Well done video thank you for sharing it appears some of the rental amounts stated were for actually meant to be sales numbers will be good to review and correct. It will be nice give some history behind the neighborhoods to give perspective surprised such as airport, ridge and cantonments were not featured but overall well done

Just take a look at the greenery... so breath taking view. I will keep on saying it over nd over again that Nigeria don't know how to build. It's only jam-packing apartment that's all over Nigeria despite the abundant of land scape

@@StevenNdukwu great point, Steve. Sometimes, i feel they deliberately do this on Ghana videos to court hatred towards Ghana. Cos you do this, another Nigerian feels offended and starts a tirade against Ghana. 🤦🏽♂️
