Lakowe lakes in Lagos and sunrise Hills in Abuja are my favourite of the 10 estates listed here. The rest have houses built to closed to each other. Looking forward to when Eko Atlantic city in Lagos and Millenium city in Abuja would be fully developed. Port Harcourt really needs to step up her game as private real estate development isn't as advanced as Abuja and Lagos despite being the heartbeat of Nigeria's second richest state as well as West Africa's hub for the oil and gas industry. Hopefully, Greater Port Harcourt city development will finally feature large scale private housing developments

Only Lagos and Abuja have the best estates and houses because they have the most congregation of wealthy people. I say give states the power and incentive to drive their own economy and I promise your such tasteful properties will start popping up in other cities gradually. This is because, a lot of people would like to live in other cities/states but only Lagos and Abuja offer better opportunities for success. This is also the reason why they are already congested. I love these estates and am really happy that such properties could be found in Nigeria but I wish the country is providing fair playing ground for almost every citizen. Great video Mr. Ndukwu. Brains & Hammers, just 200 metres down the road, is a better designed estate. 3. Security-wise, Aso Villa is Nigeria's most protected estate. You can't be neighbours with the president and flanked by DSS and various military barracks without that robbing off. Great content, all the same.

Regarding your advice on the Pinnock Beach Estate and not enforcing one style of building for one section, they probably did it that way for a reason. In most developed countries, it is done that way. The style of community you are referring to is is called “cookie cutter” homes. They are for the middle and lower class individuals. The ultra rich in most countries don’t want to have their houses looking similar to their neighbors or even anybody in their neighborhoods. Just my 2 cents.
