Their History wrote in Sangam literature which one of main book for Tamil because its also considered ancient History book. Chola dynasty one of most powerful empire in Asia that time and they are one of the longest living empire in the world. The first empire who used Navy Power in India and standing army over 1 million that time. Chola dynasty also well known for engineering such as build Kallanai Dam by Kaarikalan Cholan which is still using today and considered 4th oldest dam. Their influence went to north India and Southeast Asia. Arulmozhi Varman aka Raja raja Chola was given the name because all the kings on his influence was under the King Chola. Arulmozhi Varman(great grandson of Kaarikalan Cholan) was famously known for his success and architectures compare to other kings and two empire. The King also known famously known with another name called Ponniyin Selvan(Son of Ponni) and refers to Kaveri River. His smartness in politics of that times, his administration, he established government that include 'astapradhan mandal' (such as modern cabinet) There is so much to read about him. He lived 50 years but gives us inspiration. Many great People like rani laxmi bai, bajirao peshawa, rajguru, lokmany tilak, savarkar, social reformer took inspiration from him. His thoughts, inspiration is still contributing in society. He was ideal king 👑 & inspiration for generations ♥

Without Ahom rebuttal to the Mongols, we would have been ended. Great Ahoms under Maharaja Sukaphaa showed the practicality to the ruthless invaders. If I was ever a film producer, I would definitely make a complete Documentary on our Ahoms and Indravansha Dynasty. Why even the Bahlikas and Burmans (Brahma worshippers) were also completely a part of us and their contributions cannot be expressed in words or even prostration.

Few corrections and information - The Cholan-Pandian-Chera Dravidian kingdom is longest existing kingdom recorded in human history ~ 1970 years (ecluding the initial few hundred years ) - That's one testament of bible era of south Indian kingdom. Further the kingdom extended from south of India to Philippines / Australia in East.including Indonesia (Bali temples), Malaysian Hindu Temples, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Korea.... Further there was traders from this kingdom travelling to current day middle east & West African coast / Madagascar, Andamans & of course Sri Lanka. Most Hindu temples and architectures in foreign land were constructed during their time(recent laser cut Shiv Linga found in Vietnam, 1000 lingas in Cambodia, Bali temples, Sri Lankan architectures). This kingdoms never killed the local native population but co-existed.
