What about the metal bull? It was a torture device used in Ancient Rome, I think. And it was a hollow metal bull structure that had a latch in the side to get people in and they were tied inside by their arms in legs. The latch was then closed and securely locked and moved over a fire. The person inside was then roasted alive and their screams would go through pipes in the Bulls "mouth" and produce music.

Actually there was something even worst then these, it was called the farmer's daughter. what it was, was that there two planks put together at an angle, and the victim would then be placed on top and then weights are placed on your feet. due to this the victim would be split in half, in the most painful way.

when i was 6 we were learning about Guy Forkes who was tortured on the rack. we the drew pictures of the gun powder plot and i drew the rack ( i had never seen it before). the picture i drew was apparently so acuratly drawn from just a simple discription that it freaked my teacher out and she had to ask my parents why i knew what it looked like. this also freaked out my parents. Here something messed up. So in elementary school during the after school program we had some time outside on the playground. I have a random memory of playing a game called 'Torture' during that time. Basically everyone would lie down on the ground except for one person who was the 'torturer', I guess that's what you would call them, and the 'torturer' would move your limbs around in to painful positions and this would go on until you either said something or gave up. I forget. This was years ago. And we were messed up kids back them. Anyone else have messed up childhood games? Am I the only one?

On a school choir and band trip to Italy, my friends and I went to a torture museum! I was waiting to find the pear, because after this video I really really wanted to see one, and I did! Super cool. We honestly just made dumb jokes the whole time. Especially in the second half of the museum, which was with themed. We just kept saying "MATERIAL GWORL" to every torture device and I saw these metal animal head things and said "Oh my God guys, they had FURRIES back in the day!" We also all took a sorority squat picture in front of the entrance.

There was this one torture method my friend told me about the was used my ancient Greeks and Romans. So this was for a whole family. They'd take the skin of the youngest, put it next oldest, skin them, put it on the next oldest, etc. then when they get to the oldest, put their siblings' skin on and let them suffocate.

Awwwww, I was hoping my favourtie method would be on here. It's the Spanish Rider (I'm pretty sure.) It's where the torturers sit a naked person, usually a woman, is sat groin first on a triangular-like concrete/stone thing and has cinder blocks tied to thier ankles. Whenever the torturer would feel like hurting someone, they would walk in and tie a new cinder block on each foot until the victim is split in half from the groin up, or until they bleed to death.
