@RolexReplicaReview Fake watches are for fake people, just like a fake Rembrant,it may look the same but it is not!!! People were kind of amazed by the totally smooth sweep of the second hand... now 60 years later, we've come full circle with the Grand Seiko Spring Drive- another variation of the quartz movement, which again is iconic for its smooth sweep second hand.

Thanks for mentioning the face sizes of the different Seiko SKX watches! I have skinny wrists so I tend to shy away from anything too bulky. The 39mm SKX013 sounds like it would be a good fit for me so I will have to look for one. I would love to hear your thoughts on considerations and recommendations for watch enthusiasts who have skinny wrists (~6" diameter) in terms of both of aesthetics and practicality. That Max Bill is a great call. It checks so many boxes for a collection. Dressy, Bauhaus, not Swiss or Japanese. And to me a manual wind is the cheapest feature one could ever hope for. Lighter, possibly thinner. You pay less and get more. Interact with the watch daily in a way an automatic does not offer. One of the reasons I adore my Speedy.

Hi, I'm just starting to get into Horology and am more than likely going to purchase a Seiko Men's SKX009. However, I was looking to add a NATO strap to it as I'm not much of a fan of the original strap (and to add my own personal flair to it). When purchasing an aftermarket strap, I assume that I should have it be the same mm as the original bracelet width? In this case, 22mm. Anything you have to say or add would be much appreciated. Best wishes, Daniel.

I have a quick question regarding a Hamilton Khaki King Auto. I was just wondering what your opinions on it were. And also, whether to get it on a bracelet or the leather strap version. I have seen the bracelet version cheaper than the straps which was unusual, but was wondering your opinion. I thought that as the bracelet is also removable, I could get a leather strap in the future, and still have a high quality bracelet, but wanted to know what you think.

Hi TGV Great respect to your attitude; that there should be a great/iconic watch for everyone, regardless of prices. And there surely are! I have seen this it go wrong so many times in magazines and sites about other things, like cars, fashion or hi-fi. You can easily be seduced by the newest technology's and the highest levels of quality, which is very understandable for an expert in a given field. And suddenly you are only focusing on this. The problem is that these qualities of cause mostly comes from the most established (-and most expensive) manufactures. As a result you loose contact with most of your viewers/readers in the long run. Of cause the highest levels of quality and the most innovative technology's is a field that should be covered too. No problem with that. I just want to compliment you for your non-snobbish attitude. What a fine selection of great watches this is👍
