Met Irad in the Saratoga paddock , what a gentleman and a great ambassador for thoroughbred racing ! This kid is UNBELIEVABLE and if he stays healthy could eclipse the great Laffit Pincay in wins and go down as one of the best riders of all time!

Breeders cup this Fri & Sat,.Irad won one race on Fri. came second twice, and came third twice on Saturday, without winning a race. Irad is not doing anything different than Johnny V.about 15-16 yrs. ago when he was in the money almost every race riding Todd Pletcher horses. Joel Rosario IS NOT what he used to be, but any track, any surface, closer, stalker or front runner, he WAS the go to guy. ( Rosario,by the way, still has the most BC wins) Again,the guy is hot ( Irad), but he gets to ride top horses, but Flavien Prat has the numbers too, so it all comes down to which jock you like.
