My absolute favorite Ramen when we lived in Japan was the Mouko Tanmen Nakamoto 4:20! I would add cabbage and tofu and let it marinate in the juices for a bit in a nice big bowl! So delicious!

Carol Marie you can get good Japanese instant noodles if you have an Asian market near you. You can order on Amazon, too, but it’s usually really expensive coming from Japan. But sometimes I splurge and order anyway! 😜

I was thinking about taking some ramen home, but luckily I didn't. The security at the airport asked if I did bring Ramen back home, then mayb it wasn't a good idea to bring back. I did bring back a lot of green tea kitKat,and one strawberry cheesecake KitKat with the box shaped like Mount Fuji. They we're so good.^^

I went to the Nakamoto restaurants, and if you get one of the higher spicy levels it is really spicy XD They also have normal spicy though (which is the one they recommend) I wasn't a big fan of it though, cause I am not a huge fan of all the vegetables. And that box is 3 dollars? as far as I can see you missed a 0 on that one, or can I just not find the right box? XD
