Joltooth seriously got a glowup in PvP, Drudge gives it's already high Melee Attack even more power, and it's mid speed-tier allows it to increase as Joltooth has decent bulk, Skampi still OP tho

How does skampi hit so hard despite only having 7 m attack base stat

Battering Ram and Body Crash uses Skampis melee defense stat as it's attack stat, and when you combine Melee defence tps, Drop of Youth, and trash armor, that's why Skampi hits so hard.
