Sir mera dry Skin hai , mein apki recommend se 'Cerave' moisturizer purchase karke use kar raha hun 2 din se mujhe acha result Mila ,but sir ek question thaa. Mein cerave moisturizer lagake din mein bahar ja sakta hu ?? Mein koi vi sunscreen use nehi karta hu . Please Reply sir 🙏

Hey 👋 thanks for following my routine firstly. Secondly yes you can Cerave moisturiser lagake bahar jaa sakte hai but Sunscreen is must! Apply any gel based Sunscreen with SPF 50+. My recommendation will be Deconstruct or Dr Seth gel based sunscreens

Hello sir.. emolene cream kya main day mein bahar jane k tym use kr skti hu as pharmacy creams jydatar sun safe nhi hote & main Cetaphil dam use kr rhi hu night mein?? secondly meri skin T-zone mein kafi sweaty h or baki bahut jyda dry, red rashes jawline or cheeks per bahut irritate krte h itching krte h.. sweat bahut jyda aata h mujhe face per main chahe kuch use kru ya na kru especially summers are worst for me.. please ap mujhe best cream or moisturizer suggest krdijiye ghar se bahar jane per jo main use krsaku or after face shave bhi irritate na ho skin.. I request you please 🙏
