Yeah, gotta say that a predator villian that genetically upgrades itself to fly in the face of tradition isn't a terrible idea, but it was executed so poorly that even if we could squeeze a good story out of the idea we never will now.

Regarding number 1) You didn't mention the part where the Bad Blood ate humans too. There's a frame in the comic where he's chowing down on some raw meat. In fact, when the Enforcer Predator shows up, we see the Bad Blood using his wristblades to hack some flesh from the chest of a dead man. There is a mutilated dog carcass in the frame too, but then why was he cutting up the man's body instead? When I first saw the VHS cover of Predator 2 as a child, I was scared because I thought it hunted people for food as well as fun. Then as an adult, I see a comic where a Predator actually does eat humans. A movie adaptation of the comic "Predator: Bad Blood" should've been the sequel to Predator 2. Cannibalistic Predator serial killer definitely puts the "horror" back in sci-fi horror.

Excellent video! So well done and excellent choices and ranking! One thing I wanted to note is The Bad Blood actually kills the Enforcer, they for some reason did a scene in that panel showing two events happening side by side In the same panel and actually several pages before it as well. The fight between the chopper and the main cast and the fight between the Bad Blood and the Enforcer predator. It's just showing two separate fights in two separate locations at the same time to save on pages and ink. The smoke that looks like bullets from the chopper is actually smoke trailing from the mask cord being torn with the biomask by the Bad Blood Predator, which he takes from the enforcer and then proceeds to stab him with it. Just wanted to clarify as it is extremely difficult to notice, I didn't notice it until the third time I read it.

While I agree with your listing of the 10 most dangerous Yautja, I have to respectfully disagree with the Predator idea of a pregnant female of any species being "unworthy". By what I've read, quite the opposite is true. Yautja do reproduce in a more "traditional" sexual manner. And as such, Yautja males must show their worthiness by being the strongest and worthy of passing their genes to the next generation, thus insuring the strongest and best are chosen for their clans. Predator females demand no less, and will not mate with an unblooded, possibly even youngblood as well. Female Predators are described as extremely fierce, and some speculate taller and larger than males. They hold extremely high rank as a Clan Matriarch and are revered as their word supercedes all but the Predator King. So it's no disrespect to finding a pregnant female, they honor and revere them and leave them alone as they know they continue to provide "elite prey" to satiate the hunt. Some evidence to this can be provided as in Predator 2, the female police officer was scanned by the Predator, and left alone despite previously being armed, because he found a growing "suckling" within her. And this is speculation, but perhaps there are laws in their society that forbid killing even an armed female if pregnancy is detected.

I think the concept of the Upgrade Pred wasn't too bad. A Yautja modified this heavily could have lead to many interesting and exciting plots. Problem was, the whole movie was such a disaster, everything about it automatically looks bad. To me, the "bad guys" are always more facinating than the heroes. I'd love some more lore and back storys to them. Falconer is a pretty interesting character for e.g. would love to know more about him.

One thing i never understood about the Predators : They are like "the prey deserves a fair fight and all that" But they still use invisibality and much more modern weapons and armors, when also they are faster more inteligent, much more skilled in killing others, they are also don't panicnir hesitate. They are basicly better in every way. Better combat IQ ruthlesness blaster weapons body armor much bigger strenght and speed. So they are already a lot better than the humans with some pistols or guns. But the Predators still also use invisibality on top of all that. And in both movies they can literally kill like 10 weaponed man without a scratch becouse they don't even see them they don't know what's happening. Their only hope in that situation is to hit the Predators blind with a lucky shoot while shooting around. And even that won't kill them couse they are armored and we saw ib Predator 2 in the subway when the police guy like shoot at the oredator like 2-3 clips of his pistol and that did no damage at all and than he got killed easily. Like this is not even a fair fight is they could see them becouse their weapons can't kill them most of the time and they are weaker mentaly and physiquely. But there are even a + invisibality as well for them. So there is nothing "legendary" or "Honorable" about cutting the sheeps down with a machete (couse that's what the Predators usually doing, until at the end of the movie a man realises the Predators abilities such as the heat vision and than they can make a plan to fight back. So all the Predators are cheating couse they are on a so much high level and on a much bigger advanatge especially when they firstly attack by suprise that it's not even a fight just execution and collecting skulls

I think they should modify the honor code because it makes them into a bunch of big softies like the Wookies in Starwars. If you're officially hunting then go by a set of rules but anything threatening your hunt by startling quarry should be fair game(even the youngins.) I'd imagine that any Yautjua going after unarmed and helpless individuals other than food or preserving the integrity of the hunt would still garner disapproval from other Yautjua.

I've also created my own OC bad blood Predator. The Franken-Predator Code named "Frankie." Hewas blown in half by an explosives & the the weird thing is he didn't die. He was found by some extraterrestrial scientists. They put him together with another predators' lower half. Once he woke, he was thrashing about, breaking free of all harnesses they had on him. He killed every alien scientist he could find leaving a bloody mess in his wake. 😈 Frankie doesn't care about honor at all. Just blood, trophies,... & conquest...
