I’m a brand new jiu jitsu player and rolling with other white belts roughly my size is really not that scary because of my age and grip strength. But when a guy comes in and really has basic judo throws and trips mastered it’s a damn nightmare. Judo is a damn excellent fighting style.

@ we can’t do that in America because they’re too fat. But they would lose a lot of weight if they studied jiu jitsu and judo for two years before becoming a patrol officer.
