Pff ofcource the big nations get glory, what about piet hein, he was a privateer, that raided the Spanish silverfleet, igniting the dutch golden age. All that just to get revenge on a spanish captain that enslaved him twice. And because of him in pirate movies, they put there blade in their mouths. What was the signature of piet hein when he went raiding. As he would join the crew boarding other ships. It took a cannonball to the chest to stop him. An other legendary dutch commander.
