Now that's a really cool blacksmith, he makes his own high carbon steel (similar to Tamahagane), brilliant, I've never seen that before from any of the other swordsmiths.

Nonsense. He takes relativ.y clean iron nails and carburizes them into very dirty steel which he cleans up through an exhaustive process of forging and reforming. Far simpler processes are available. I'm not saying he's not a good bladesmith but he is a wretched and inefficient steel maker. Roll the hot biller in manure? Why? Incidentally he shamelessly showboats jitterbugging his bellows and raising enormous blazes for no apparent reason other than impressing the rubes

Imagine the level of dedication to create that level of perfection before you could call your self a master... go back in time and how did they do it: ...... cause you had to invent that stuff.... or translat knwolege over millenials. There are so many steps in the process that could go wrong... that learning curve is unamaginable...

古来からの伝統技術。現代の科学を持ってしても解明できないところも多くあるとか、、。日本刀は多くの人が使うものではなくなりましたので技術の存続が大変ですが何とか継続させてほしいと思います。

O primeiro vídeo foi o qual fiquei encantado pelo trabalho manual, embrora haja máquinas, ainda é difícil produzir. Imagina antes, onde tudo era feito na força do braço e marreta.

bertanya pak , apakah ubub atau kipasnya menggunakan kompresor , walaupun manual karena anda hanya beberapa kali memompa . oh ya jenis campuran apakah yang anda gunakan utk menyatukan lempengan besi , biasanya utk menyatukan besi dgn pijar . apakah menggunakan gula pasir juga dapat menyatukan besinya contohnya ( cukim , cuci kimia ) terima kasih 🙏

tai besi dijadikan samurai sangat keras dan menjadi besi terbaik , hasilnya samurai nanti perfek , tetapi kekerasannya menjadi getas gak ya ? kalau tidak getas samurai itu dibuat dengan terbaik . 🙏

我看了很多不同的锻刀法,可还是喜欢日本的传统锻刀法,尤其是用干草和黏土的步骤真的很厉害,这步骤现在已经开始慢慢失传了。
