Would “content under multiple URLs” mean having one blog post in English with its own URL, and then the same post translated into another with its own URL? Is it this not okay to do?

So, for example, your blog post in English could be hosted under the URL "myblog.com/article/" and the same blog post could be displayed in French under a subdomain like this; "fr.myblog.com/article/" or subdirectory like this; "myblog.com/article/fr/." Hi, im from india. My default language of website is english and I need to translate for 3 Indian language itself eg: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi(common indian languages in india). My question are 1. For each subdomain do I need to install wordpress and rewrite the original content to my new language? 2. Do I need use any plugin or I should create subdomain alone and translate my content to rank to search page? 3. I got a questions. what happen if I just translate the url and I create separate folders with wp multisite? I mean instead of mybrand.com/es/revista can I just create: mybrand.com/revista? Does it affect SEO the change? thanks in advance
