I wish I could afford Mueller. Avery Ranch is really cool. Also the SouthWest Pkwy Area is my absolute favorite area of Austin. Quiet, lots of green, very VERY nice houses (crazy expensive), but it's close to downtown, great views, bee cave, Mopac, Sunset Valley shopping, there a high end small plaza where a Movie Eatery is at , VERY NICE.

I really enjoyed your great video 💐 Thanks a lot. I am going to move to Austin next year. I used to to live in three different states and then went back to my country. However, this time I came to stay and live here in the states. So, I moved to Houston which is horrible 😂😂 actually you feel like you are in different country. I visited 41 states and too many cities even here in Texas. I will visit Austin in a week to see it and get some information about it.

Thanks so much for watching, glad you found our video helpful! You’re right, Houston is it’s own animal. Each of the main cities in Texas have a very different feel from each other, it’s crazy. Hope you have a wonderful time in Austin when you visit 😃

I'm glad that my neighborhood in North Central Austin is not one of the coolest neighborhood. I like it's laid back atmosphere close to all the services yet far back to look like a residential area with even a creek flowing by.

Can you make a video on the current state and future of the east riverside area from 35 to 183?
@AustinTX3 жыл бұрын
East Riverside is just east of 35, is that what you meant or are you referring to the east side in general? ☺️

Mueller was built beginning in 2008-2010 and was the location of the previous Austin airport. There was never a community there before.

Wanted your advice on which community is preferred baryson or Santa Rita ranch north. I had Line up to priority list in dec in above two communities and got call from builder today to sign my new built in Santa Rita . Price of 3000 sq ft home is coming to 530k and earnest money is 2 percent of total amount. I checked with baryson community builder on my waitlist number and their informed it’s 15 ppl front of me and they have 32 sites so I will get the opportunity to built. Now my quest should I go ahead with Santa Rita or wait for baryson . Current price for same type of home in baryson is 480k but accordingly to baryson sales consultant it may take 2 more months for me to get the call and thier are taking increase of 5000 every two homes sold

Is all of Great Hills price point above $500k? 3/2 newer home on a small parcel with a community pool near shopping and hospital grid
@AustinTX3 жыл бұрын
Hey Nelie ! Yes, pretty much everything in Great Hills is above the 500k mark. Something with a pool will be significantly above.

@@AustinTX No problem! I figured you were just overwhelmed with all the different restaurants and accidentally mixed things up. I used to go to Coco's Cafe sometimes when I went to UT. Tapioca House also has good pearl drinks (and jelly drinks, if you prefer no pearls) and dishes. Teji's was also a favorite of mine for Indian food. I think there used to be two Thai restaurants (Thai, How Are You and Madam Mam's) that are no longer there.
