PLEASE , you won;t like FLORA-DAH , Unless you like Hot Humid weather 9 months out of the year , It goes for 3 months of nice weather to African Hot the rest of the year , South Fl now SUCKS ,and way crowded and the Road rage , and now you can have a fire arm with out a permit , thanks to our Great Governor . My once Beautiful town of Sebastian when I moved had only a Population of 15 ,000 people and now is at almost 25 ,000 . We are number one in the World for the Most Hurricanes , the SHARK AND LIGHTING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD , TO many OLd Fossells like me that lives here . there is on every corner were where known for , a Pizza Place and Auto Parts store on every corner . I am QUalified to tell you this because I lived in FLORI -DAH DAH , HOME OF THE NEWLY WEDS AND NEARLY DEADS FOR 70 PLUS YEARS . PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE . SIGHED MR. OLD GROUCH SAL .

One thing I notice in many videos is that nobody has a fence up there. I'm in Miami and everyone has a fence and we like some privacy. Are they allowed? Noticed that even in the Highlands, nobody has a fence.

They're allowed in Highlands and anywhere there is no HOA. SE Fla. all have fences and privacy. It's great. Vero's HOA communities rarely allow fences. The Preserve of Vero has fences and very easy going non restrictive HOA. Sebastian's HOA's sometimes allow fences but they may be the non privacy/aluminum fence.

You are never further than 15 minutes from the ocean when coming from the Sebastian Highlands. It’s a giant community that goes almost right up to the edge of the river so it can be anywhere from a 5-15 minute drive.

Do Sebastian homes share Vero Beach public water ? (Been told Vero has best, most plentiful drinking water in ALL OF FLORIDA)

Correct! The water comes from the county here, not the city. Vero Beach and Sebastian both fall in Indian River County.

Here is a private link to the Playlist I created for my daughter and my adult students who prefer to work from home while they are in school/college/graduate school, etc..., especially if you have children and wish to spend more time with your family. I do this for a plethora of reasons but one main reason is because my daughter who is an adult now always praises me for never leaving her with babysitters. Please allow me to share my experience: I remember when I was pregnant, my husband did not want me to work. However, I ignored him and continued working because every woman in my family worked while they were pregnant, and I admired that. I especially admired my mother who worked and went to medical school while pregnant (I am the oldest of her seven children). Not only did my mother work at the hospital, but she also worked at the medical school too. So, who watched us (my siblings and me)? Not only did I come from a family with money, but we had the village and also three nannies who lived with us. Nevertheless, of course, I returned to college to earn a second degree, a third degree, graduate degree, and I also enrolled in the Ph.D. program after graduating from graduate school. Why??? Because I did not marry a rich man, I refused to ask my family for money, and I hated seeing my husband working two and three jobs. I also felt guilty that my husband was terminated from his main job of nearly 20 years after falling in love and marrying me. One of his superiors admonished him to keep our relationship private or he could lose his promotions, and raises, and he could even be terminated. Even I asked him to keep our dating a secret as well. Why? He is Irish and German, (as white as they come), who married a Black girl (me) against his mother and his sister's wishes. At that time, I had no idea or a clue that his paternal family had been Nazis or still was as I later discovered! Well, one night as I was driving home from work, a drunk driver hit me and we almost lost our unborn baby. Thanks to GOD and my doctors, who performed an emergency C-section, our baby girl survived. Then my husband adamantly pleaded with me not to return to work. Moreover, he shared a story from his childhood with me that compelled me to at least think about not returning to work. My husband told me his babysitter started molesting him when he was only 10 years old. He said he also started smoking cigarettes, marijuana, and drinking alcohol too. He and his family told me he was already an alcoholic and he was addicted to drugs by the time he was 13 years old. Moreover, his mother told me by the time he was 17 years old, he had been in so much trouble with the law, a judge ordered him to serve jail time or enroll in the Military. Thus, she said she signed the forms for her son to serve in the Military at 17 years old. So, this time, I agreed to resign from my job, but my boss rejected my resignation and offered to allow me to work from home and bring my baby to work whenever she needed me to come in. I also created my own business at home and years later, I taught my daughter to do it too when she was in college to deter her from applying for financial aid and student loans. Now, I do it for my students who struggle while working, raising children, taking care of their parents and/or grandparents, and for those students who are pursuing their entertainment and art careers while earning their college and graduate degrees. Thusly, if you want to move but are concerned about finding a job, try these work-from-home (WFH) jobs. My sisters, my nieces, my nephews, and my students love working from home. I you to live in Sebastian Crossings , The houses are the Cheap Walmart homes DR HORTONS . and crappy construction , and the houses are too close together , and with a Communist HOA and Nosey Neighbors , Thank God we moved away from that DRAMA PLACE .
