I own two FB Spirit of Dubai's: Abraj and Rimal, and some samples. I enjoy beast mode frags as much as the next person, but these got me wishing they were a little weaker. No lie I wore Bahar this past weekend and it's going to take a couple more wash cycles to rid my clothes of the scent. A little goes a long way with them. Three signature scents: Boadicea Torero, FM L'eau D'Hiver and Xerjoff Renaissance.

Imperial is one of the best from that house and one of the most reasonably priced. In no particular order my five are: Ganymede, Lunar Vetiver, Reflection Man, Elysium, Soul Cafe. A couple aren't really niche but close enough.

Hmm 5 niche to “start” a collection. For me for a newb starting up a collecting and getting into nicer stuff. - Oud Wood - Aventus - Cedrat Boise - Elysium - Layton Imo very accessible, crowd pleasing, quality frags. My personal Top 5 niche would be a very different list, but if a buddy was jumping into fragrance, those 5 would be what I give him to take that first step.

I am not surprised a BDV ended up number one. This is an excellent list, you’ve got me researching hard!. I define my signature scents as fragrances that reflect my personality and put me in my zone. They are usually unique and often times will never me stand out.
