I use the pro 2 wired and it has the best d-pad, I primarily use it for fighting games but also platformers, in those games d-pads are generally preferred over thumbsticks and 8bitdo really made it feel like an older Nintendo d-pad, which is good because thier newer d-pads liek the one of the pro controller aren't as good

I generally don’t play wired just bc I’m so use to things being wireless but yes their dpads are good. The best ones around. But overall their products work really well

Definitely don't reccomend 3rd party docks they have a chance of permanently frying your switch. Please research this.
