I don't know why I cannot directly reply or make comments on this video so I'm just making my comment here. The one movie Viking wolf if the thing is called The hound of hell wouldn't that technically make it a hellhound and not a werewolf? And also putting lotion in is not feasible either because he is not a werewolf. Honestly I'm just thinking the guy making these videos right here didn't have enough material to go off of so he just added stuff

Here's a vampire t.v. show for you. 1990s, name: Forever Knight. A vampire cop show, with vampires as overnight radio talk show hosts, bar owners, & more. Look it up, & see if you can watch it. Not something that was a 1 or 2 season thing. I think it was 3 to 5 seasons. Also, these were more episodes per season than now. It was an hour per episode as well. It's Canadian I believe, so was shown on independent t.v. broadcast stations, along with Highlander: The Series, & a few other shows like them. I think it got reruns on Showtime or Max (not the HBO Max thing today -- HBO & Max were separate back then) on cable in the early 2000s. I know it wasn't on HBO, since I didn't have HBO, but did have both of the others.

The TV series “Werewolf” in the final few episodes some werewolves are at least 10,000 years old having been around before and during the last ice age. The main villain in the series Scozynsky was at least 2,000 years old and could control at least partly his transformations and retain his “human” mind. Younger w-wolves did not have that ability, it seemed to be gained over the years. It also seems the need to kill and eat humans is proportional to the “evil” of their soul, as the hero repeatedly avoided killing, or biting and transforming his adversary of the week. The eldest werewolf shown was very ancient having been ancient when he turned Scorzynsky and was incredibly strong even for a werewolf even in human form, was able to turn at will, or just transform his arm and hand. He also mentioned at weeding out the weak ie the werewolves who did not kill humans for food ensuring a more violent species.

There were the Ageless werewolfs that do not age and this was told in a TV show called Werewolf - the main one was called Nicolas Remy - The Ageless: A side effect of being a werewolf is that you don't age. Remy is more than 2000 years old but looks like he's in his 30s. The exception is Skorzeny who Remy turned, says that Skorzeny has "a sickness brought about by his own evil" and is slowly but steadily aging. This would mean each werewolf in this show forms his or her life span depending on how they life thier life.

Yeah, it was hinted in Van Helsing that he might be an immortal or even a fallen angel, but he only turned into a werewolf recently in the story, temporarily too. What about Lycaeon? The original 'lycan' from Greek myth? He was cursed by Zeus or whatever. Not sure if he was in werewolf category but if so, surely one of the oldest in fiction.

If you are including books, Bran of Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson series, who is said to have inspired Grendel from Beowulf. He is probably around 1500 years old.

Evening Mr.lollins I was wondering if you’ve heard of a vampire film Kolchak “The Night Stalker.” It’s a hidden gem for collectors of Vampyre film culture enthusiasts. These days anyway.

The reason "the beast"look like that is because in teen wolf the werewolf curse was created by zeus from the greek myth of lycaon(divine lightning/electricity)and the werewolf shape and powers are a reflection of the mental state and Sebastian was a serial killer long before he was a werewolf so in universe is his body didn't have the physical mass to reflect his mind so it draws energy from the telluric currents running through the earth(electricity)and turns that energy into mass,0his body is physical but still energy thats why they described him as solid but shapeless

If you're willing to branch out to video games the werewolf lord from Castlevania: Lords of Shadows is probably thousands of years old. I don't remember a specific time frame being given but it's implied that history no longer remembers a time before the Lords of Shadows existed.

Finally someone who clarifies the difference between lycans and werewolfs of Underworld: Lycans are like dogs while werewolfs or wiliam's breed are the Wolfs 👍👍👍

What's the name of the song you use at the end of your videos. It gives me a mixed feeling of nostalgia and melancholy. Idk why.

I always thought Zeus was responsible for creating the original WereWolf curse. If ur a pagan, do Not break the Law of Hospitality! Vampyr > WereWolf What's the diff between WereWolves & Lycans? Are there Dire-WereWolves? If so they'd be even larger & more powerful.

There is a werewolf possibly older than William. The Morok was turned sometime before the Arthurian legends.
